Session Description: Attendees will learn how to enhance their understanding and application of DBT and ACT, through a lens of Buddhist psychology, teachings, and practices. Clients will benefit from this enhanced understanding and be better equipped to apply Buddhist teachings with DBT and ACT coping skills to help prevent relapse. Attendees are encouraged to consider how this presentation may be used personally or professionally to help their clients enhance their own religious or secular practices, and knowledge or practice of Eastern religions is not necessary.
