Ahmad AL-Musa M.D, DHS, LSSBB, PMP has been practicing quality management and process improvement for the last 10 years. He was a student and coaching fellow for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement on Organizational Leadership & Change. He obtained his Doctorate from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science with a concentration in Educational Leadership in 2019 and his Medical Degree from the Jordanian University of Science and Technology in 2011. The focus of his capstone dissertation was how to improve pediatric developmental screening in a primary care setting. He has presented at many national as well as international conferences about the importance of performance and quality initiatives throughout healthcare.
